I'm so happy you're here!

My journey into birth work began when I was pregnant with my first daughter. I knew that if I wanted the peaceful, physiologic, God-honoring birth I had dreamed of, I needed to prepare my mind, body, and spirit. I immersed myself in learning everything I could about pregnancy, birth, postpartum healing, nutrition, and God’s design for motherhood. After experiencing the incredible transformation of birth for myself, I felt God stirring something in my heart. I began sharing what I had learned with other women, encouraging them to trust their bodies and approach birth with confidence rather than fear.

 

As that passion grew, God began calling me to serve women on a deeper level. To be honest, my first response was, “But God…” How could I do this while being a stay-at-home mom? Who was I to be part of such a sacred and intimate season in another woman’s life? Yet time and time again, God gently reminded me that this was the work He had placed on my heart. He showed me that my passion for birth, my love for serving others, and my desire to support women through pregnancy and motherhood were not accidental. They were gifts He had given me and a calling He was asking me to step into.

As a mother to two little girls, I understand the importance of feeling informed, supported, and empowered throughout the childbearing years. I know how meaningful it is to have someone in your corner who can offer encouragement, education, and a calm presence during life’s most sacred moments.

 

I received my doula training through The Hearth Mother Journey, where I gained the knowledge and skills to provide compassionate, evidence-based support while honoring each family’s unique values and choices. My approach combines practical education, emotional support, and a deep respect for God's process of pregnancy and birth. ​

Whether you’re planning a home birth, birth center birth or hospital birth, my goal is to walk alongside you, providing encouragement, advocacy and nurturing care as you prepare to welcome your baby.
